Hobby RV is no good! They came out to replace my $1,300 brand new AC and they charge me another $700 to get it up and running. The problem was is it never blew cold it only blew a little bit cooler than it was outside. When I told the rep this he said that the AC will only blow 10° cooler than the temperature outside. I was taking a road trip to Staunton Virginia in June and I needed AC.... I tried calling him back to have him come back out because I realized that that was unto and it should blow a lot cooler which made sense to me. Nobody returned my messages or my phone calls and once I reach Virginia and felt comfortable getting on top of the rig I realize that the fan blade was not on the cylinder to make the AC blow cold. Once I recognize this and put it on, the ice cold air came through! That was a 3000 mile journey without air conditioner. Do not recommend and will never recommend and will never go back.
